Seraphina is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:
All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to the service until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

The Seeker plan is limited to 20 messages per calendar month. Once this limit is reached, you will be notified and invited to upgrade your plan. Unused messages do not roll over to the following month.
Adept and Mystic plan subscribers have unlimited messages subject to fair use. We reserve the right to limit usage in cases of excessive or automated use.
Seraphina is powered by artificial intelligence. All responses are generated automatically by an AI language model. There is no human operator reviewing or responding to your messages in real time.
While Seraphina is designed to provide thoughtful, empathetic responses, AI systems can make errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any response.

By subscribing, you consent to receiving SMS or WhatsApp messages from Seraphina Oracle as part of the service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
